2. Why do you wants to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1 - First of all i have a lot of experience in all gang's. Almost all gang's under deputy and x2 deputy in Marabunta Grande, x1 deputy in families. The membership remains strong and successful. You can also see flash term that previous to previous term that team is my and they are most active in every event. I will try my best to become the best leader in this city. I learned a lot stuff during i am a deputy. I lead so many gang events like FZ Raid, Store, Hostage & etc. We can achieve great things with my teammates and stay on top in every event.
2.2 - I am sure i have enough information based on my experience. I will keep the families gang on top, families will be always active. Most active in every events, Most active in ghetto too & Every hour max spray profit.
2.3 - I believe i have a great leadership quality. I did a lot of good things in the previous term that's why i want to become the leader of the families gang. I am confident in myself and i want to do these things under my leadership. My goal is to complete this without making mistakes and in a professional way. I want to Help my Gang members which they are in difficult issues.
3. Your advices for improving roleplay in organization
We will be always active in the gang by All type of events like - Store Robbery, Gun Store, Hostage Situation, FZ Raid, Highway Robbery & etc. Also active in ghetto & active in spray. I will not allow violations of the rules at Families Any rule break will lead to kick , strikes or blacklisted from gang. We will do everything by talking professionally on the radio without breaking any rules, We will stick to the rules. I will do to improve the rp will be to reduce the toxicity between the gangs by explaining my gang members to avoid the toxicity and play the rp without hearting anyone which will definitely improve the rp. I believe that in this way we will improve our rp things.
