2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) The majority of gangs were dormant when I first arrived in the city. I learned how everything operates by spending a lot of time on the gang side. I currently work as a Under deputy in Ballas and other gangs in the past, who has taught me how to lead a team, deal with problems. I wish to infuse families with the same energy and make it even more potent.
2) As the leader, my main goal is to make the gang feel like a strong brotherhood. I They want everyone to feel important and motivated so that they will stay loyal to the group and take part and If I become leader, I will give ranks only to active, experienced, and rule-following members — no favoritism at all. Everyone will be treated equally, no power abuse, no toxicity.Because i am expressing myself this so i bring positive change.
3) I already lead events and know how to manage a gang properly. Even as Under Deputy, I handle most events like a leader. I make sure everything runs smoothly, everyone follows the rules, and members stay motivated. My goal is to make Families to be one of the most active and powerful gangs in the city — active in events, store RPs, hostage setups, and ghetto presence. I will choose strong deputies so the gang always has support and guidance.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1)At any level, toxic behavior will not be accepted. A respectful space keeps members interested and makes the RP better overall.
2)For sure successful leadership and sound decision-making, high command will be made up only of capable and loyal members.
3)In order to improve their RP skills, new members will be properly guided by teaching them the rules and getting them involved in activities like FZ and store robberies.
4)Responsible behaviour is required of high command. To preserve justice and confidence within the gang, any abuse of authority will be dealt with.
5)Clear communication between leaders and members will help avoid confusion and improve teamwork during operations.

1) To Become One of the Most Active Gang
2) To Offer One of the Most Rewarding and Motivating Bonus Systems
3) To Finish the first term successfully without any warning.
