  1. first of all good morning to the administer team about a month ago, I got banned for General rule 1.4. I didn’t know that I have two account. I thought my main account is ID 162013. is my twink and this id is my mine 129916

    As I know that I only have this account id 162013 and i didn’t not know that I have mine so can you check and tell me because I work so hard in this account and I have business I don’t want to lose

    like if it okay can ban the id 129916 and unban the id 162013 because i work so hard on the account and i have a business
