Vee Was born in Los santos At 10 years old Vee’s life fell Apart. It was a day that felt off right from the beginning around him like a specter He couldn’t understand why Was it merely a rough moment, Or could it have been something deeper All he understood was that the day seemed, varied, overly burdensome, excessively silent, excessively sorrowful Vee pondered the reason for their rapid pace. Unbeknownst to him, his parents were in peril. His father was an undercover operative penetrating the Ballas gang, and the gang leader had uncovered his secret after observing a few cars following they realized his time could be limited, His Father's Expression It seemed like he wished to express something perhaps I care for you or I am Apologies but the words never appeared for Vee Suddenly four cars surrounded them Armed individuals emerged and fired at Vee’s dad. In a split second his mom turned and protected Vee with her body Six bullets hit her back but she held on. When the shooting ceased, Vee survived protected by his mom's sacrifice but his parents were gone.
Career Story:
Four years after Vee ultimately became part of the SAHP he held faith in justice order, and that every individual still possessed some goodness within just like himself. for a week he proudly displayed his badge believing he belonged to something larger But the truth came quickly. He started seeing unusual patterns officers muttering in private reports that didn't align with the crime scenes and individuals who left uncharged despite clear evidence then arrived the night that altered everything. Vee trailed three officers during a covert patrol. they led a civilian an individual clearly outside the criminal underworld into a decrepit alley in South LS. Vee remained concealed observing the officers search him insisting on money for safety. He took out his phone to film but just as he was about to press send they noticed him. The following morning, Vee awoke on Mount Chiliad and found himself encompassed. The officers proposed a deal accept 50k ignore what he witnessed and comply. Vee was already overwhelmed by a debt of 250k Rent not paid, and He agreed.
Outcomes:
1. Vee can arrest someone for fake charges ( only PDA charges in penal code ) if he dislikes them or for revenge (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
2. Vee can destroy bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with (/try 2 times per situation) and /do Commands.
3. Vee can accept bribes of up to (100K and firearms/ammunition/illicit items [Max 100K) as bribe.
4. Vee can do criminal activities For example, Ghetto clap, Buy, Sell, or Use any type of illegal items and Weapons. (no ORG gears included).
5. Vee has the same ability disrespect people, like gang members Do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19).
6. Vee can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID not only to suspect but to anyone.
7. Vee can cuff other LEOs and break their bodycams to avoid getting caught ( can take their Gears As Bribe [Max100k ) or kill them if his identification is in risk. (Valid Reason) (no targeting or PG).
8. Vee carries Duct tape in his bag which he can use to stop individuals in custody to stop talking. (/try applies duct tape on the mouth 2x / situation).
9. Vee can torture/interrogate for information and can use truth serum to get true information. ( using /try command twice per situation).( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 ) ( Through IC Ways)
10. Vee can handcuff other LEOS, and take them to give them as hostage for GANGs or Crime families in exchange for money due to his past. ( With in Valid Reason) (no targeting or PG).
