I would kindly ask you to read this message from beginning to end. I will try to keep it brief.


On 28.02.2026, I was called for a PC check by senior administrator Milos Borge. From the very beginning of the PC check, I cooperated with the administrator and followed all instructions given to me. However, his rude behavior stood out to me.

1. When he called me for the PC check, he told me I had 10 seconds to join Grand’s Discord. I responded that I didn’t have Grand’s Discord and asked him to provide me with the name so I could add it. While I was alt-tabbing and trying to do so, I kept hearing comments like “Come on, hurry up now...”,
2. When I was installing the application “Everything,” which is required during the PC check, I made a typing mistake. His response was even worse—he said “Come on already, just listen to me,” in a very rude and disrespectful manner.
3. At the end of the PC check, he asked me if I knew the reason for my ban. He then told me it was because I had admin-related questions and because a setting called “SysMain” was turned off, which I had disabled earlier for optimization purposes for another game.
4. A few seconds before issuing the ban, the administrator asked me why I had “been playing with the devil” and made similar comments, which I consider extremely inappropriate, highly unprofessional, and completely unacceptable behavior for a Senior Administrator.
5. I would also like to add that the administrator was unprofessional throughout the entire process and was even singing while reviewing my PC.
6. Additionally, the mentioned administrator has since been removed from his position and permanently banned, which further indicates his lack of professionalism.

I believe I deserve a ban, but not a blacklist. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I kindly ask you to review and reconsider my case.
