1.I want to be the leader of Families because I am very active and I have had very good previous terms as High Command in many other gangs and those experiences showed me how to manage members properly, stay organized, keep the gang active and strong throughout the term I have also reviewed all the rules carefully to best take my leadership seriously and always want to stay prepared and professional.
2.I believe I have good leadership skills because I have hosted many events by myself alone such as Media, Subs, BS, and Cland and these events helped me gain experience in giving orders leading people correctly and making sure everything is done the right way. When I am in charge I know how to keep people focused make them listen and make sure the event is handled smoothly because of this I believe I am fully capable of leading Families properly and helping the organization have a successful term.
3.I want to be known through the whole city as the best gang of the current term while still making my term fun for everyone. I would also like to show that success can come from good leadership.
