Hello Dear Admins
In that situation i was searching someone wanted by the state. When i found the suspects ID: 229529 tried to escape with the car i gave him demand and i used my stun gun to get him out of the car after he was trying to drive away later that i cuffed him and he did CL After that ID: 238221 suddenly came running to us and shooting without a demand which is RDM. After we killed the ID: 238221 he did CL after being cuffed​
