I am not seeking power and position. I want to demonstrate my capabilities to take responsibility and make good decisions under pressure. I want to lead this organization in the right direction. Leaders do not exercise power and authority. They exercise responsibility.

I have spent enough time in illegal organization. I am aware of what needs to be improved: communication skills, teamwork, and discipline. As a leader, I want to solve these problems and organize this organization better.
