Dear Higherups, my account was permanently blocked a month ago due to a Group 1.3 violation. I was new to the city and unaware of many of the rules, so I attempted to defraud people and received the necessary punishment. I admit this was a very foolish mistake.

Dear Higherups, I kindly request that you give me another chance. I promise to play more carefully and respectfully this time. All I want is to play games in the city with my friends like we used to, please give me that chance. I respect your decision and apologize for my mistakes.
