Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve been playing RP for a while now and I feel like I’ve experienced most sides of it. At this point, I want to do something more useful for the server itself. Sometimes I see players confused about rules or situations getting messy because no one handles it properly. I feel I can step in there and help keep things smooth and fair instead of just focusing on my own gameplay.
What are your strengths?
• I don’t get angry quickly
•I try to understand both sides before saying anything
• I take responsibility seriously, I don’t ignore things
• I’m patient with new players instead of just punishing them instantly
What are your weaknesses?
• Sometimes I think too much before giving a final decision
•Still working on being more confident while explaining decisions
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
• I can handle reports calmly without making the situation worse
• I explain rules in a simple way so players actually understand
• I try to solve issues instead of just giving punishment and leaving
• I can manage time well and stay active during my play hours
• I work well with others and don’t create unnecessary arguments in staff
