Hey I was involved in the situation and wanted to clarify something regarding GR 6.4 (or however it’s referred to). The suspect was not provided a lawyer because they were already wanted meaning no lawyer is required in that case, even by the arresting officer.
Additionally, the officer did submit a departmental to DOJ . Regarding the alleged insults, when you informed the LSPD Chief of Police that an officer committed a mass rule break, he told you to go and file a case in Capital. After that, you started saying “easy gov, easy gov “

If this situation is being considered under GR 6.4 I would like to clarify something
There are already IC laws that cover this type of behavior such as P.C. 2.9.10 (Provoking) and P.C. 4.4 (Professional Misconduct). These laws exist specifically to handle situations like this within RP
Instead of treating this purely as an OOC rule break the situation could be handled in-character by filing a case hiring a lawyer and proceeding through the proper legal process
