There were three suspects involved in a shooting i tried to catch them but one of them left the game which counts as fail RP. Another suspect attempted to flee I caught and arrested him, but he started mixing. Then the same player came back and found us again which is considered metagaming since he shouldnt know our location

I am ID 492272. I did not commit RDM. During the scenario, I was only aiming my weapon and had not fired any shots. However, the officer shot at me first without any direct provocation, which gave me a valid reason to defend myself. I returned fire only after being shot at, which clearly falls under self-defense and not RDM.
