2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, I wanna be the leader of San Andreas National Guards Because i have a clear plan to improve the organizations activity, co-ordination and overall efficiency with better training, strategies and teamwork, I'll promise that national guard will be at its peak under my leadership, Under my leadership i ensure that National Guards will respond as soon as possible for any kind of emergency in the state and i focus on creating a more organized chain of command. I aim to make responses more effective and reduce confusion during critical operations by By improving coordination with other organizations.
Secondly, Taking the responsibilities as a General is Not new for me as a former General, I have handled situations, internal management, and coordination with other Organizations, This experience helped me understand the whole system of National Guard and how to make quick decisions under pressure, I have seen and managed various types of individuals and maintained control in both clam and high risk situations.
Lastly, I believe discipline and consistency are the backbone of any successful individual or organization in the long-term, As a leader ill maintain strict standers ensure regular activity checks, and introduce structured training programs such as drills, simulations, and scenario-based training with other organization, My goal is to build a Force that is not only skilled but also reliable ensuring the National Guards maintain a strong and professional presence.

- Conduct frequent RP training sessions and scenario based Training like FZ raid, Hostage Situations and Escorts to help members understand realistic behavior and improve their reactions in different situations.
- Maintain Activity by correcting low effort or Inactivity . Ensuring members stay in character and follow proper protocols will improve overall quality.
- Encourage clear, disciplined communication during operations and Proper use of chain of command and realistic interaction between units will make Organization more immersive and professional.
