Dear Grand RP Team,
I am writing to appeal my ban and kindly request to be unbanned.
The reason I was banned does not make sense to me. I was banned for cheating, which I strongly deny. On March 1st, at around 11 PM, I was waiting in front of the hotel for a friend who had just joined the server. While waiting, I was Forced to do a PC check. The admin told me the reason was that I had been on “GamboHub” (a cheating Discord) about 8 months ago. However, this does not seem reasonable to me, as I was not suspected of cheating at that time.We checked my authorized apps on Discord, and there was nothing suspicious or illegal. So if I wasn’t authorized or involved in anything like that, how could I possibly have obtained cheats?
I also found it strange that on the same day, the admin PC-checked around five members of my family. During the check, I was asked why I had been banned for “deceiving” on EN3, and I answered honestly. Unfortunately, during the PC check, my pc crashed.
After that, I was muted, and a few minutes later I was informed that I was banned for cheating. This completely shocked me, as I was not using any cheats.
I would appreciate it if you could review my case because i want to enjoy the game with my friends again.
