I've made an application for FIB leadership after being possibly one of the most active deputies of FIB.
I've done so many things, so much effort for this organisation so far including preparing the charter for many times. (Bam Asiri, Yam Zack and Ira Morningstar)
My whole message history is still there as it is.
It's okay that if i dont get selected for admin but everything i've done for FIB when i was Deputy in both Yam Zack and Ira's term should be enough to consider me for leadership.
But somehow i keep getting that response where it says "i do not meet requirements" that i have no clue about even after spending years in this project as a loyal player.
I dont want to judge higher ups too since i believe they are also following what management requires but i did deserve this leadership more than anyone else and im standing behind my words.
I dont really care about the money,bp tasks etc., i was always a RP person and all i did is contribute this city with its laws, improve state organisations, teach people about our laws, discipline and so on.
So im asking what are those requirements somehow i keep not meeting, what is there left for me to do and how many times do i have to prove my worthy ?
Im requesting management team to reconsider my case and those requirements because i dont believe this is fair.
