Life Story:
Elite Katz was a poor little kid.who was born in India . Elite had already started working on his plan. Elite started saving some money, sometimes Elite did some weird chores for rich men like washing their cars, sometimes Elite would even work overtime and sell other goods such as balloons and toys along with masks. Elite watched kids pleading my parents to buy them one of the commodities, and how my parents would smile and buy something for them. Then travelled into a world where Elite had a family, and they were on a picnic, where Elite was in the place of the kid who had just bought the balloon, but then the very next moment, Elite would snap and come back into reality.
Career Story:
Elite is so much addicted to drugs that he always takes drugs as he was a marabunta member.He was unstoppable at the time he was having drugs one day he was caught using drugs in front of leos and got caught and got arrested and he wanted to take revenge on them. Elite then wanted to join as fake fib officer after a couple of months his id was still hidden he was liking the job of usss and his family was so much resepcted in the community of the socitey. Elite then was depperesed and wanted to leave fib then his friend gives him some drugs and tell him to stay in fib and be corrupt and be hidden to them and pass us the info that he got.
Outcomes:
1. Elite can help suspects/unconsciousness escape jail (darknet) or from custody, take bribes and weapons (Up to 100k in USD, weapons, ammo, armor and drugs).
2. Elite can use truth serum to get people to tell the truth. (Using /try max of 2 times each person per situation)
3. Elite can buy and sell via the black market. He can also use all illegal items from black market and the Dark Net. (No sale of anything from Org.)
4. Elite can do illegal activities due to his criminal past. (Ghetto, Robbing, Illegal actions from G Menu can do off duty, the rest can do on duty, Not against LEOs)
5. Elite can destroy people's bodycams, and any other footage material like saved SSD's. (Using /try destroys bodycam and /try destroys footage. Max 2 times per situation.)
6. Elite carries duct tape in his backpack and can use it to stop individuals in his custody from talking ("/try applies duct tape on the mouth" - 2X / situation)
7. Elite can refuse to show his ID on duty.
8. Elite is loyal to his org and can torture/interrogate/rob/kill anyone who create trouble for FIB. ( Only with IC reason and Following server Rules )
9. Elite can refuse the rights to a lawyer or lie about calling one.
10.Elite can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record
