Career Story: I first joined the Los Santos Police Department to uphold the law and build a solid career. In the beginning, I was honest and followed all the rules. I respected my superiors and worked hard to prove myself. While at LSPD, I mainly handled situations within the city and learned how crime operates in the streets of Los Santos.
After a while, I decided to advance my career and transferred to the San Andreas Highway Patrol. LSPD mainly focuses on the city, while SAHP covers highways and areas outside it. I believed this would provide me with more experience and opportunities in law enforcement.
However, during my time in both departments, I started to notice the darker side of the system. Many officers accepted bribes and abused their power for personal gain. At first, I ignored it and stayed honest, thinking doing the right thing would matter.

- Baby Utopia can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about her name or refuse to provide any type of identification.
- Baby Utopia can handcuff other LEOs, break their bodycams to avoid getting caught, and take them hostage to give to gangs in exchange for money due to her past.
- Baby Utopia can do criminal activities, such as going to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buying, selling, or using any type of illegal items and weapons (no ORG gears included).
- Baby Utopia can torture 10-15s if they refuse to give her money or their guns/illegal items/ammo (no RDM; only torture, not killing without a valid RP reason).
