Life Story:
Rexy Romano entered the world through his birth in a disadvantaged village of India. From his first moments of existence, Rexy faced a life that treated him with extreme cruelty. When Rexy was five years old, his parents became victims of a gang conflict that resulted in their death. He saw his parents die because they could not protect themselves while he was crying in the dark, which he saw from his childhood home that burned in the sky.
Rexy spent his days searching for food through begging and fighting while sleeping in deserted areas because people had left him all alone. He experienced nonstop hunger throughout the night, which became his permanent companion while the cold temperatures made him feel the deep emptiness of his existence without friends. Kids bullied him and stayed away from him, while grownups showed no interest in him except those who wanted to exploit him.
Rexy had already been beaten, starved, and cheated numerous times by the time he turned seven years old. The world treated Rexy with hatred instead of love and it gave him permanent scars which stayed on his body and his spirit. Rexy gets tattoos, and every time he gets a tattoo, he gets a memory he can never forget.
His body suffered daily torture, which produced a deep inner rage that he used as his protective armor. He stopped crying forever because he lost his faith in hope and people and kindness. The boy who wanted to be held, who wanted to be saved, became the boy who never let anybody in.
The process of corruption began during his early teenage years because of his need to survive. Rexy developed into a person who treated others with extreme harshness because the world made him feel disdainful and unfriendly. The only choice life offers you leads to suffering, which forces you to abandon all hope while you dwell in darkness.
Career Story:
However, Rexy’s career began with the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). Rexy’s childhood was filled with pain and rejection in India. He needed a sense of order and law. The San Andreas Highway Patrol provided Rexy with discipline and a sense of belonging. He quickly gained a reputation for his sharpness and fearlessness in his work. Yet Rexy saw the problems beneath the surface. He saw orders that he thought were not right and injustice being covered up.
However, he soon found work in the Government. He thought he could make a difference. But the more he saw, the uglier the truth became. He saw corruption and injustice. He tried to fight it, but he soon lost hope.
Rexy soon turned to the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), and he hoped he could find purpose in the streets. But he saw even more corruption and lies. He saw criminals being set free and good officers being eliminated. He soon became angry and saw nothing but right and wrong. Rexy soon disappeared and popped up again in the Government. But this time he wasn’t looking for justice. He became the very thing he despised. Cold, calculating, and ruthless. He wasn’t a man of the law anymore. He was a man of survival. He was broken by the law and forged by the pain.
Then he went into the National Guard and went back to the SAHP to continue his ruthless nature.
Outcomes:
1-Rexy can go to buy and sell ammo and guns from black market.
2-Rexy can rob/kill in the ghetto with friends, or kidnap and rob/kill in secluded areas (following GR 6.16, GH 1.8 and SR 5.5)
3-Rexy can take Money (max 100k) and illegal items as a bribe to let someone go.
4-Rexy can lie about requesting someone a lawyer or deny the lawyer request.
5-Rexy can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record
6-Rexy can break peoples bodycams ( /try find the bodycam /do destroy the Bodycam ) (2 Times per situation)
7-Rexy can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping(escaping from the prison (darknet task or using USB)
