I have gain a lot of experience in playing as a rp player Now i want to leave it and gain now experience.

   Ive been in grand rp for a good amount of time and i have experienced the life in the city and all that has to offer primarily being part of state and crime organizations I was able to gain knowledge and good understanding of the rules, i will like to keep learning and make this community better

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I have been in city since more than 3 years now. I used play in my Twink account (87015) and from this account since more that 1.5 years, So I have done everything, made money, I have run business and had a great RP moments, So I think I am ready to leave my RP life behind and want to serve in your Admin team because I feel I can do more for the server as an admin than I can just a player.
2. What are your strengths?
   (a). My biggest strength are my communication skills and my consistency. I know how to talk to people respectfully, even during troublesome situations.
   (b). I have a very deep understanding of the server rules and the way the economy works, where I can help beginners and guide them to involve in a fair RP gameplay.
   (c). I am good at staying calm under pressure. In RP, situation people can get toxic very quickly, but I am good at stepping back and listening to both sides and make a fair decision based on the rules rather than personal feelings.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   I sometimes struggle to say NO when people ask for help. Even If I am busy in another work. Because of this I mentally take too much at once. So am currently working on it.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   (a). I bring a solid understanding of the server rules like, I have been around long enough to know the difference between a genuine mistake and someone intentionally trolling.
   (b). I am also very organized I can keep track of my POV and evidence properly so that if a forum complaint comes in, I have everything ready to go.

   I have a state object Business, and Yes I am ready to sell.

   I have experience as Deputy Chief of EMS is the best proof of my dedication.
   I have already spent a lot of time managing people, handling internal issues, and make sure the department run smoothly.
