2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


1) Through my experiences in different organizations, I have been able to understand what makes a role play interesting and effective. For instance, during my time in Bloods Term, we developed interesting and effective role play scenarios, but there was a lack of response and compliance from Law Enforcement. After this, I joined SAHP, and although I did not get the experience I wanted, I realized what was lacking in law enforcement role play, and this motivates me to improve it.
2) However, when I joined LSPD, my whole perspective changed. As Chief of Undercover, my main focus was on developing significant investigative roleplays, especially with the gang bosses and acquiring vital intelligence, such as identities and internal structures. Although it is vital, I also came to understand that it is also underestimated and misunderstood. This is what has inspired me to advocate for a system where it is appreciated and used to better the organization.
3) I aspire to be a leader for LSPD because I am of the view that for real changes to be realized, there must be total responsibility and authority. Even though I have some authority within the High Command, it is not enough for me to make radical changes to the system. My main aim is to enhance all aspects of LSPD, including strategies, teamwork among small and large groups, enforcement of proper uniform standards, and reorganizing the HR system. With my team and curators’ support, I am assured of my capacity to create a more professional, organized, and efficient LSPD.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

- I will improve investigative roleplay by making undercover department , interactions with gangs, and intelligence gathering a core part of LSPD’s activities, thus ensuring that important information like the leaders and members of gangs is collected and used effectively.

- I will redesign and strengthen the recruitment and interview system so that only well-prepared and knowledgeable individuals can join LSPD, followed by consistent training sessions to improve their understanding of laws, procedures, and proper roleplay standards.

- I will improve the role and efficiency of Internal Affairs and HR by making them more active in monitoring officers, reviewing bodycam footage, and handling internal issues professionally to reduce mistakes and misunderstandings inside the organization.

- I will enforce stronger discipline across the department, including strict uniform standards, clear activity expectations, and better organization of patrols and operations for both small and large units to ensure consistency and professionalism.

- We will create a more structured and teamwork-based environment where all units work together effectively, improving coordination between departments and ensuring that every operation contributes to higher quality roleplay.
