Dear Admin,
I was at the Beach Market just looking around items when I noticed a desert scarf mask listed for $23,000. Since it was available like any other item in the market, I bought it without thinking anything was wrong. From my understanding, the Beach Market is made for players to freely buy and sell items, so I simply used it normally.
After that, the seller reported it, and later I received a ban. What I don’t understand is why I was punished the same as the seller. I didn’t transfer money, I didn’t gift anything, and I didn’t make any deal outside the system. I only bought an item that was already listed publicly.
Also, as per GR 1.7, it clearly talks about transferring property or money as a gift over $5,000,000. In my case, there was no gift or transfer like that. It was just a normal purchase through the market, and the amount was far below that limit.
If the item was listed at a wrong price, then it was the seller’s mistake. As a buyer, I don’t have any way to know if a price is intended or not. Anyone else could have bought it the same way.
I didnt try to abuse anything or break any rules.
I request you to please review my case again, as I believe this ban is not justified.
Thank you for your time.
