As you can see in the camera footage, this person was under threat of a weapon. As you can see in the video, he downplayed the fact that he was under threat and showed no fear for his life. He was handing over things, even though someone had ordered him to drop weapons. He still gave people weapons. Secondly, he appeared to be calling his friend, but this isn't clear in the video. His friend came from a distance and killed him, as shown in the video.
