2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


A. I’ve been part of FIB, GOV, SAHP, LSPD, and NG, where I handled different roles and also managed multiple divisions. the main divisions I led was HRT and IA, which helped me understand how to properly train members and choose the right people for the organization and how to run a organisation with its Rules, Chain of Command and Internal Policies

B. LSPD is very special to me because it was the first LEO organization I joined when I first came to the city. I have completed many terms there under different leaders, and during this time I built strong connections with the people in LSPD. It is not just an organisation it's feels like family now, with all this experience I am looking forward to be the leader of LSPD as I feel confident and capable enough to take the responsibility.

C. I have a good understanding of how the city works from different roles I’ve held both as Crime and Legal. Because of this, I know the laws, rules, procedures very well. All my experience in all Org have helped me to understand the rules of the server and the state and my connection in the city is sufficient enough to keep the organisation always on top with the help of fellow org mates and team cordination with other legal orgs

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

1. Encourage clear communication during operations and use of COC and Easy communication will make LSPD memorable and Enjoyable with proper RP.

2. Team cordination with all other members and legal orgs to ensure winnings which will keep mates motivated

3. Keeping activate towards every side of the organisation.

4. Frequent Promotion Ceremony and fun meetings with leader to ensure full fun but with RP

5. Frequent CITY patrol, highway Patrol to Ensure safety of the city and increase activity.
