2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (three reasons with explanation):
2.1. My first term as LSPD leader a few months ago was the most fun iv had on this game, and I'm ready to do it all over again. LSPD was also my first organisation which I joined so I have a deep connection with the Police Department. I hope to make LSPD even stronger than before !
2.2. Secondly, during my time in the state, I have visited and been employed in every legal organisation. This allowed to gain key experiences and grasp as fundamental idea of how each organisation runs, this is important as It will allow me to fixate my term to ensure all legal organisations work collectively as a team together.
2.3. I have been leader for LSPD before as well as the Director of FIB, as a result of my experience in leadership positions, I have no doubt that my term will be strong. In addition, this time round I plan on improving RP and strengthening each individual department rather than focusing on activity only.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
3.1. I will ensure that my Internal Affairs Department will have a grasp over the conduct within the organisation which will reduce the amount of misconduct in general. Therefor, the organisation wont be contradicted in the eyes of the state and citizens. This also builds the foundations for the organisation to run smoothly from within which will improve out ability to work as a team therefor improving RP.
3.2 . Another way in which I plan on improving RP in my LSPD term is to ensure that the city is clean from illegally parked cars. Ill do this by solidifying my Traffic Enforcement department, this way citizens are not obstructed by cars which will improve the general flow of traffic and RP in general.
