I believe the reason is that my friend accessed my account and paid my workplace's share. However, the reason is that my internet was down on March 29th, and the problem was resolved around midnight on April 1st. To avoid my efforts being wasted, I asked my friend to access my account and make the payment. Afterwards, you can check; I changed my passwords to prevent anyone else from accessing my account. I have all the internet outage reports and password change emails related to everything I've described. I request that the ban be lifted.
