Dear Curator of the Project,
I was banned today without any clear reason from my perspective. The stated reason was Rule 1.4 (Main), but I am not aware of how this applies to me.
At the end of last year, I submitted an unban request regarding Rule 1.1 (account sharing). This request was accepted, and I was unbanned. Afterwards, I received a Social Club ban, which was removed by Luigi Ahner via Discord DM — I have proof of this.
On 26.02.2026, I recovered my twink account through the Technical Forum after submitting multiple tickets. I also have proof of this.
Now I am suddenly being accused of a rule violation that I have never committed. I have undergone multiple PC checks on DE1, and nothing related to Rule 1.4 was ever mentioned or found.
Today, on my twink account (which I received back from Technical Support), I committed a violation (admin disrespect). For this, I received a 14-day ban for using the N-word during an admin conversation from Rafael Promillo.
After that, I contacted Rafael Promillo via Discord and asked him to come to my main account for a conversation. During that discussion, I asked why I received a 14-day ban for that incident and also asked something regarding a Redux.
At the end of the conversation, he stated that he could allegedly link four accounts to me and wanted to ban me because of that. This raises the question for me: how is that possible, when I have already had multiple PC checks where this was never detected? To me, this feels like an attempt to get rid of someone arbitrarily.
Shortly after, I was banned for Rule 1.4.
I then contacted Kathi Tired via Discord and asked for a conversation because I had several questions regarding this ban. At the beginning, she asked me — as usual — to close all possible recording programs.
I repeatedly asked why nothing had ever been found during previous PC checks. Her response was that she could not provide any information regarding PC checks.
She also told me that she could link three accounts to me. I then asked why Rafael Promillo had previously mentioned four accounts. During the conversation, she took a long pause when thinking about the fourth account and then mentioned what seemed like a random ID.
I asked again how this could have gone unnoticed before, especially since I had a 5.5-hour PC check with her. During that check, Jonny Odds — known as one of the best PC checkers on the server — was also present, and nothing suspicious was found.
Finally, I asked why I had been unbanned in the past. She responded that she had nothing to do with that decision.
At the end of the conversation, she also told me that I would only be able to submit a new unban request in 14 days, since she had already handled the case. In my opinion, this is also not acceptable.
Additionally, at the very beginning of the conversation, she stated that the discussion would not change anything because it was not official. I also have proof of this. This leads me to believe that my case would not be properly reviewed of her.
