Hello dear admin,
While we were moving DOC , I saw a person had balaclava on his head and want to take action onto him. I give him demand to put the balaclava and armour down. He complied just armour and didnt remove the balaclava which can means he feared his life. Then he did CL. After a time the first suspect did CL too. All in bodycam.
