Dear Admin,

As mentioned in my last forum post, I have tried everything to start the game, but it is still not opening. I believe this issue might be from the server side. This is the second time I have received this type of ban; the last time was in April 2025.

I kindly request you to look into this issue and help resolve it. Due to this misunderstanding, I have also lost my GC event. I would like to clarify that I have never used any kind of VPN to log in or access the game.
