I was in black market , i go outside , i get tazed and arrested by 2 LSPD where one of them isnt even wearing a vest or a balaclava, i dont even know if hes LSPD . So what we can make out of this video is basically 1 LSPD going undercover ALONE in a blackmarket where drugs and weapons are sold and doesnt care about getting killed when he has no agents to help. From what i recall thats clear Fail RP for both and abusing their power . I later in the end i crash and get sent automatically to demorgan. So id like a state curator to look into this please.

No OOC rule violation he was standing outside BM and you were running with a gun which was IC reason to detained you and other was FIB undercover agent.
