Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization,
1. I want to be leader of Bunta because I have a lot of experience in crime orgs as a deputy, and I haven't yet gotten the chance to be a leader, so I want to gain this experience as well. I have many trusted friends to help me run the gang and make sure we have max spray profits and control the ghetto. As a family leader, I have gained lots of experience with making sure events are run correctly and working together in them. It seems like Marabunta has been struggling with activity lately, so I want to change that and dominate ghetto and events. I want to have a chance to start a turf team and see where it leads my first time around. I think we will have a strong first team and will be strong the first 30 days in the ghetto. 2. I have gained a lot of experience in gangs and on the streets, and I want to pass this experience on to my friends. Organizations should make everyone feel welcome and close so that they can work better. A leader should be someone who is committed to helping their members out and pushing them to be the best. The people of the ghetto know me. The most loyal members of the Marabunta Grande gang would follow me. 3. Alright, the last and most important reason is because I would like to make sure I fill my gang with the right people and many positive experiences raising event attendance while also lowering warning potential. This would all add up to a great term. I will choose deputies that know the rules very thoroughly so they can not only help us avoid warnings but also teach the members.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:,
2.1 One thing i plan on implementing is a stricter punishment system then what ive previously seen people get away with so much because there no discipline i plan to change that. 2.2 Another important aspect is like i said previously Respect i think that everything should be based on respecting one another it's not worth being rude to other members for no reason because people retaliate and ive seen it personally ive seen people retaliate because of crappy leaders that don't know how to pick high command are biased or in general don't know how to treat their members. 2.3 I also plan on implementing a better training system to better help some of the newer people that don't have gang experience because just reading the rules doesn't help certain people so i plan on setting certain people to train new members that need help.
There will be no favoritism in the gang and we will have a fair ranking system. I will make sure everyone follows the rules and anyone who doesn't will be punished fairly. I will do my best to ensure everyone has a good time doing the events and gets treated well
