2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans : I have been in this city for over 2 years now. In my journey of this city, I have been working in the leos, in the army, in gangs and with families. Have made quite nice bonds with people, and have gained knowledge about the city. I have been sticked to LSPD from my beginning days as this is the first leos which I joined when I was new to the city. Key reasons for applying for this organization's leadership are :-
1. Appreciating the work : In my experience time from being a starting trainee till this journey, I have seen and sometimes even faced myself that many people have been giving efforts, giving hours in the city for their organizations but they get ignored and don't get rewarded for what they give their time for. In case, this time I will keep an eye out on them along with my management team to get them their deserving positions, rewards for their hardwork which they do. Cause at the end, it's a team work which makes the term run the best possible way..
2. Relationship with other leos and NG : Based on some of my experience days, I have seen some feuds, or arguements leading to a bad impression of the relationships among the organizations. But it won't happen and I make sure of it to be going as smoothly possible with everyone to maintain it at it's best. Cause if we don't have a team, we cant strategize our plans and end the crime occuring in the city.
3. Proper teamwork : This leads me to my 3rd point too which is proper teamwork. Based on teamwork, we can make good plans to execute the strategies for any situations occuring in the city which needs to be stopped. Prioritizing the organization power isn't a way to success, but to carry others alongside like brothers is the way. And I will make sure that me and my team to execute it in proper way, with best formalities and works..
