I was standing here waiting for my friends and doing deal on phone as seen in pov then this guy suddenly started shooting at me without no reason, demands or anything it clearly shows that he is doing RDM + Mercy killing

• ID 230956 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15 (RDM).
• As seen in the POV, Killing the person with out any proper RP demands/reason.
