Dear Admin Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this letter to sincerely apologize for my actions which resulted in my ban under rule GR 1.9 on Grand RP EN 3 by Admin Kavin Balenciaga. I fully understand that my behavior was inappropriate and went against the server rules.

I deeply regret what I did and take full responsibility for my actions. At that moment, I did not think properly about the consequences, and I now realize that my actions may have negatively impacted the server environment and other players’ experience.

I truly respect the efforts of the administration team in maintaining fairness and discipline within the server. I understand why the punishment was given, and I assure you that I have learned from this mistake.

I promise that if I am given another chance, I will strictly follow all server rules and behave in a respectful and mature manner. I will make sure that such a situation never happens again.

I kindly request you to reconsider my ban and give me one more opportunity to prove myself as a responsible member of the community.
