2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
->I have been working on this project for a very long time and have a lot of experience. I know what it's like to be someone no one listens to and someone everyone listens to. I was HC in many organizations and now I would like to try my hand at a leadership position. Additionally, The Ballas have a history of good and long leaders, they have always been one of the most passionate gangs that the whole state fears. So this made me apply for the leadership of Ballas Gang.
-> I have great experience in Gangs, I have been Under-Deputy (Rank 9) and Rank 8 in various gangs and throughout these times I have gained a lot of experience and I also have a great knowledge about the rules of the city and I have great decision making skills and I handle the situations calmly and I am sure that I can make Ballas the most active Gang in the city with the help of my Deputies and other Under-Deputies and HCs. I want to create a Ballas that is active, disciplined, and recognizable for its actions, but also for its normal atmosphere. I am ready to invest the time and effort to make it happen.
-> I know how to motivate a team, recognize the potential of each member and direct them towards joint success. As the leader of Ballas, I can further strengthen the organization and build a stable, coordinated team ready for all challenges. I see this as a perfect opportunity to gather active and loyal players who will represent a real team, not just a group of individuals. My desire is not only to lead, but also to create a community that has its own goal, story and pride.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> I would not allow any kind of toxicity against any Gang member and punish those who are creating conflicts or doing toxicity or provoking others on Gang radios or abusing other Gang members. And trying to do as much as Store Robberies and Highway Robberies and other IC events as much as possible, so members also gain the real experience of RP Life by attending maximum number of IC events.
