Hello Admins,
I am making this appeal to clear up a big misunderstanding regarding my ban for GR 1.9 and my previous punishment. My friend also posted their appeal here: (Reviewed - Ban for GR 1.9 | Kevin Balenciaga), but I want to quickly explain my side of things.
First, about the house: I bought the house straight from the auction. It was already its fifth time on the auction, which you can easily verify by checking the market price history and logs. When I sold it to my friend, it was sold with the taxes fully paid.
As for the money, my friend just got lucky opening containers and made a profit, so I just asked him for a little bit of the money he won. That is literally all that happened. I would never risk my account getting banned over just 100k, it makes absolutely no sense for me to do that.
If that transaction somehow broke a rule, I am really sorry. It was genuinely not my intention to do anything wrong or evade anything. If a money wipe is the only option for me to get unbanned. I just want to clear my name and get back to playing on the server.
