We were shooting at each other, then his friend came in his car and hit me, knocking me to the ground. While I was on the ground, he shot and killed me.

I gave him complete time to stand up on his leg as you can see in my pov. after he stand up than i shooted him. And he left RP situation many time you can clearly see in his bodycam.
