Hello Respected Sir,
I am submitting a new appeal regarding my ban GR 1.7
Firstly thanks for letting me know the specfic reason for my ban and I sincerely apologize for this situation and would like to explain it from my perspective. The owner initially offered the gas station for 110 million, and after negotiation, we agreed on 100.8 million. Based on a very recent auction where a Ghetto gas station was sold for around 110 million, I genuinely believed this was a fair price, and that is why I agreed to the deal.
I would also like to mention that both the seller and I did not have a clear idea of the actual market value. He informed me that he had not received any good offers and mentioned around 110 million as his expected price, which led to our agreement.
I also have bodycam proof confirming that I purchased the business for 100.8 million. I never expected a Ghetto gas station to be worth more, and I was honestly surprised to learn that 100 million was considered a low price and I have Provided Bodycam link as well.
I want to sincerely state that I had no intention to break any rules or take advantage of any system. I truly enjoy playing on the server, and this was simply a normal player-to-player negotiation from my understanding.
I fully respect the server rules and the administration’s decision. I am willing to accept a full business wipe if required for my unban.
If possible, I humbly request consideration for an alternative solution, such as a cash wipe instead of a full business wipe. However, I will fully accept whatever decision is made.
