I am making this forum because i am not getting selected from a long time and whenever i ask that i am not getting selected higherups only say that
Rejected
You do not meet the requirements as of now

I don't know why I am not getting selected for interview of any organization, even I have good experience to handle any organization, also i am not doing any server rule break also please help me with this I really want to be a leader.

In past i make a forum that Mr. Pablo said I can apply but for admin I can't,

It's not about that also i am deputy governor from last 2 month So do you mean, Ok so if you going to say that - You do not meet the requirements as of now

Please mention that what kind of requirements i do not meet, because you guys are admin you guys supposed to help us not confuse, and from my side i am not disrespecting you guys i know you guys have other also but this also part of your work.
