2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1- My first reason would be, that I have many friends who I could ran the marabunta grande with, since its been struggling with inactivity for a while.I belive in myself and I feel ready for this, I was a high command in many terms of criminal organizations, and I have some experience in running certain events
2- My main priority is the spray profits, I haven't seen an active spray team in this gang for ages to be fair, I want to revive that and make the city's best spray team for my term
3- I like doing events at any time of the day, for example hostages or store robberies in the morning, or anytime trough out the day. If I get the leadership position, I can assure you that this gang will wake up, and be the best gang in the city.

- I believe improving the level of roleplay within an organization comes down to setting clear standards, leading by example, and actively supporting the community. First, it is important to establish clear expectations for what quality roleplay looks like, including realism, consistency, and respect for the established lore. Providing simple guidelines and examples helps members understand what is expected without overwhelming them. If someone doesn't know the rules in our gang it's our responsibility to teach it to him. People can’t meet expectations if they don’t know them.
