Cebo's life began in the streets of Ankara where he was born into a family of 4 with 2 brothers. Even though he was the youngest out of them all he still got neglected and thought this life wasn't for him and decided to move to Los Santos. He first stole his Father's old watch and sold it to afford one way plane tickets to Los Santos. After arriving at Los Santos he was quickly captured because of his age and was placed in foster care. Then he did the thing he was best at, he ran from his foster parents and decided to win his life the hard way and decided to join Marabunta Grande in desperation. Then not much after he was arrested in a store robbery but his charges were dropped because he was underage. Then he decided to quit it all and applied for a job at the FIB.

When Cebo first arrived in Los Santos first thing he did was to search for a way to earn quick cash. But he was soon to discover that not everything is so easy in this world. Then he joined the Marabunta Grande Gang in hopes of the gang to assist him in some way. But it wasn't long before he understood that everyone had their seperate lives and couldn't care less about someone else's life. He decided to get in the business and started pickpocketing people, robbing abandoned places. And finally when he was trying to steal a person's necklace he gets caught but soon his charges were dropped because he was underage. And after that close call and a warning from the Police Department he decided to apply for a job at the FIB.
Outcomes:
1-Cebo can take bribes to release a 10-15 or to give up information to the gangs. (up to 100k or relevant guns and ammunition)
2-Cebo can refuse to call a lawyer lying about the availability of one.
3-Cebo can refuse to provide any type of identification.
