2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I'm always looking for active gangs or organizations, and everyone else is too. I want to showcase my activity to the fullest and restore the gangs' dominance like before. I have a lot of experience in this city. I've been here for three years. I've learned a lot and been a high-ranking commander in many gangs and organizations. I know how things work between gangs and the police, and I love this rivalry and want to bring it back, but in my own way.
In addition, I want to pass on my experience to the new players who will join my gang so they know that the gang is not just a name, but loyalty, personality, and competition.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
There will be incentives and events to encourage members to interact and love the gang. Bloods will not just be a gang, but a terror to the police. We will rob stores and carry out FZ raids. We will fight to protect citizens' shops in Black market. There will be interaction like you've never seen before in this city, thanks to the team that will be in my gang.
I will have my own Turf team and we will try to dominate the entire map 100%
The weapons depot will always be available to everyone and we will steal tracks from the NG every day (we will be their nightmare).
There will be personal monitoring from me of active and inactive members, and anyone who is inactive will be removed. When I have 100 members in my gang, there will be 4 of them in the store heist or 100 in Battleship. There will be no tolerance for inactivity. I don't want people just for the sake of a shop in Black Market.
There will be no toxicity towards organizations, but there will be competition; we won't be annoying, but we will be strong.
