2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Honestly i want to become NG leader cause i love working in a team environment The National Guard isnt just about giving orders its abo ut making sure everyone gets the same treatment and everybody is enjoying the roleplay its about being fair for example if theres a conflict I wouldnt immediately take sides i would listen to both people first and try to understand what actually happened and ask for clarification like for a proper IC bodycam that has the required commands for it to be IC and try to solve the matter seriously and get both sides melting like ice.


2. although i havent been so much in grand rp but i have watched so many videos about grand rp for a while and this was my chance to join the wonderful project and have a chance at competing with other candidates for leadership position and i have been in other big projects on rage mp and fivem and honestly good leaders make the experience better for everyone equally and thats something I want to do I want to help newer players understand how things work while also keeping things serious when needed. and not giving random people high command rank everybody gets what they deserve and that means they get the rank they can handle and deserve by being active and filling out their logs properly respecting each other not abusing their hc power against newbies or lower ranks.

Even though Im 16 yrs old i would consider myself pretty calm patient and mature for my age I dont get angry easily and thats one of my best abilities that i can use as a general mostly before acting i always try to think before acting especially in stressful situations like conflict between other orgs and NG or conflicts between the soldiers and many more situations like other orgs (government isnt counted cuz they dont need permission to enter/land on any organizations base) for example: FIB or LSPD or SAHP are at our base and entering without permission or candy run requests turn onto one sided fight between soldier and law enforcement officers this has happened and i have seen it with my own eyes and fixed the situation and saved NG just today.

3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.

First of all i see so many people giving hc ranks to people who doesnt know the miranda right or how to even cuff a person with IC commands for exmp. im cuffing you sir or i will drag you by the arm or watch your head ill be putting you in the car and so on i would fic these.

second of all i would make sure everybody knows what theyre doing not just sitting around inside main barracks but actually doing their duty in the National Guard like guarding the gates doing their departments requirements and listening to orders.

Third of all i have seen many conflicts in National Guard about ammo runs / candy runs there have been many misunderstandings and conflicts among the law enforcement officers so i will make sure everybody knows how everything work before taking another step and i will absolutely make sure every single soldiers camera is rolling 24/7 while being on duty with proper demands thats why my HR team will be strong to give everybody a full training guide how to do everything.

Responsibilities:
Their work will be to do inspections of logs and all the ng soldiers that they have proper health checkup Gun license will be checking everyones car trunks with proper IC commands and background checks for anycriminal or illegal status..
patrolling in base no illegal parkings not blokings any entrance protects base from bendits
