I would like to clarify this situation again more clearly
First, I already submitted a form to you regarding this case, but it was rejected. After that, I waited for a full day, and then I noticed something that made the situation even more confusing
One of our members (ID 67544) who fully participated and already uploaded his POV received a block for a pov related issue. However this does not make sense, because Mr Mohammed himself only mentioned that the missing povs were from IDs 156500 and 157699 He did not mention 67544 at all
Regarding those two IDs
157699 uploaded his pov shortly after
156500 also uploaded his pov but with some delay due to internet issues. In fact, his video was uploaded just a few minutes after we were already removed from the Family War
So this was not a missing pov only a delayed upload
Also, as far as I know i was in en2 the rule states that the family is removed if 3 players fail to submit their povs In our case, this did not happen. Only one player had a delay and he still uploaded his pov
Additionally, in the Family War rules, there is no specific fixed deadline mentioned, only that there is a given time to submit the pov That is why we believed we were still within acceptable conditions
This is why we are confused:
Why was ID 67544 blocked even though he submitted his POV correctly?
And on what basis was our family removed, even though the conditions for removal were not met?
I kindly ask you to please review this case again carefully as everything from our side was done properly

Clear answers given on my side, if you know you have internet issues, do not participate, not a new rule or information!
A set time is given to all, pass the given time and fail to provide POVs for any reasons, family is disqualified and punishments issued!
You are not new to not know of the many announcements made to provide POVs on time!
