life story:
i was born in Kingston , Jamaica however as a kid i grew up in a not so profitable area where everyday people would shoot at each other or do drugs in the street.
so on my 16th birth day i thought let me try make some money so i went to one of the big kingpins in the area i lived and asked for work it was the only way to survive so i started doing little drops which kept growing to where them little drops turned into large scale shipments.
on this one morning i had to meet with the boss and he asked me to run a shipment of highly explosive weapons to another city but the road was very uneven and the way i had to drive was well known to be targeted by rival gangs and during the drive it was very quiet but not out of the usual so about 30 mins go by and i see a truck following me flashing his lights as i look around to try see how many there is a van pulls out and blocks the road so i am trapped then about 20 armed people came out forced me out the truck and to open the back they then hit me over the head and stole the shipment i woke up 10 days later in a hospital bed and i checked my phone and i have had death threats and multipull missed calls of friends i click on my best friend messages and see a video of him being murdered by the very same people who i worked for so i made the decision to leave and move to los santos.
Career Story:
so when i flew to los santos , i wanted a fresh start so i left my old life behind and thought i would try join National guard my past had benefited me because my past experience with fire arms and working with a team had helped me become a senior operator in SASD and it helped me learn discipline and how to follow orders to correct standard , after some time i managed to gain the trust of other people in the org so i started to show up everyday and remain cool. everything from the past life kept coming back to me and i have thoughts of revenge on the old crew for what they did but i got to move on.
Outcomes:
Frankyy can do criminal activities. Example: go to the ghetto and ‘merk’ people, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and guns. (No ORG gears included)
Frankyy can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for weapons/ammo/illegal items as a bribe).
Frankyy can use illegal weapons and can pick up any weapons from the floor. (No ORG weapons included)
Frankyy can lie about the request of a lawyer.
Frankyy can cuff civilians or LEOs to break their bodycams (/try and /do commands, MAX TWICE) and/or kill them if personal info is at risk. (Needs a real reason)
Frankyy can break IC laws and is able to use his position in GOV to try to get out of them.
Frankyy has the same ability to scare and be rude anyone as gang members do (Obviously to a degree and keeping General 6.19 and General 6.10 in mind)
