2.1 I’ve been in this city for a long time and after joining this gang, I started noticing it is alot more Fun then Leos. But recently things have changed the leadership doesn’t feel the same anymore. There’s no clear direction, no proper rewards and promotions for there efforts. Everything that once made this gang strong is slowly disappearing.
That’s exactly why I want to step up and take responsibility. I want to bring back that energy, that fairness, and that sense of respect this family used to have. I want to lead in a way where people actually feel valued—where both new and old members are guided, appreciated, and motivated. It’s time we rebuild what Marabunta truly stood for RULING LOS SANTOS.
2.2 I’ll focus on recruiting active deputies along with a few trusted friends who can bring in experienced members. At the same time, I’ll guide new players and let them host events under my supervision so they understand how the gang works. My goal is to keep the gang active with regular events like FZ raids, store robberies, hostage situations, and ghetto fights. I’ll also introduce a strong bonus system based not just on activity, but overall contribution. And also frequent Promotion depending on Activity
2.3 I’ve been part of gangs for a while, and at first it felt a bit strange because of the whole state experience, but with the right people and good Guidase, it became fun. Now I have gained a lot of experience and really started enjoying gang life. Now I want to take that experience forward and be a Great Leader Of Bunta Grande
