Hello, esteemed senior administrators. I was banned from the EN2 server due to a false accusation. I play on the Russian server, and even though I know Redux is legal there but illegal here, I wasn’t even using it. They simply looked at the Redux file on my desktop and banned me without giving me a chance to explain myself. I messaged the admins but didn’t receive a response, so I felt the need to bring this up. I play this game and value it. As you may have noticed, I wasn’t banned for cheating; I was banned solely because I had an illegal Redux on my computer. Let me repeat: The Redux I had wasn’t an aimbot or anything like that—it was just a standard Russian Redux designed for playing on Russian servers. I believe my ban was unjust. I did not clean my computer or reinstall the operating system after the computer check. I am fully prepared to undergo another computer check. I care about you and this project, and I have no doubt that you will make the right decision.
