As you can in the given POV it is a Gun Store Robbery and from Time Stamp 11:28 leos started shooting before taking any demands. As we all know as per ER 1.5 we have to talk with proper role play before start shooting. Additional IDs 174847 119432 178892 238507 and there were more but i was not able to see them.

First of all your own statement completely proves our point rather than defending you

As per robbery and events rules proper demands must be clearly given acknowledged and followed by reasonable time for compliance In our POV there was no clear demand given and no proper RP interaction before opening fire in us

Your reply actually creates more confusion than clarity you claim that demands were taken and now you are referring to a moment around 5:07 Even if we consider that timestamp there is still no clear and proper communication of demands from your side

Saying demands taken is not the same as issuing demands at no point was there a clear instruction countdown or consequence communicated to us RP requires proper interaction not vague or incomplete statements So referencing 5:07 does not justify your actions it highlights the lack of proper negotiation and reinforces the Fail RP

You are saying that FIB kept replying demands taken multiple times yet at no point were any actual demands communicated clearly or executed Simply repeating demands taken is not valid RP negotiation it’s just stalling without progression Instead of initiating proper RP you delayed the situation and then suddenly escalated it to shooting without any valid trigger that falls under Fail RP and improper events

Also saying LSPD is not involved does not justify the situation at all Whether it was FIB or LSPD the responsibility to conduct proper RP and give clear demands still applies If your entire defense is based on repeating femands taken without actually showing any clear demand or giving us a fair chance to respond, then it only strengthens our report not weakens it

We have provided full POV and it clearly shows lack of proper negotiation and sudden use of force without valid RP progression

Saying someone told me 10-10 so I came inside shot and cuffed does not remove your responsibility in the situation you are accountable for your own actions acting purely on someone else’s call without personally confirming proper demands or RP progression is not valid justification at no point did we receive clear demands a proper countdown or a fair chance to comply entering the situation and immediately shooting and cuffing without verifying the RP flow is exactly the issue being reported

Miscommunication within your team does not make the situation valid from an RP perspective It instead shows a lack of coordination which led to improper event as per rules before using force clear demands and time for compliance must be given that did not happen here

So this is not about who told you 10-10 it is about the fact that you engaged without proper RP procedure

Your statement again does not justify what happened from our perspective there were still no clear demands no countdown and no fair opportunity given to comply The situation was incomplete in terms of RP yet it was escalated to gunfire

Internal miscommunication between FIB and LSPD does not make the event valid It instead highlights lack of coordination which resulted in improper action

You are now claiming that demands were given at 5:05 but even at that timestamp there were no clear structured demands no proper countdown and no defined consequences communicated to us

Simply saying something vague or incomplete cannot be considered valid demands RP requires clear communication so the opposing side has a fair chance to understand and comply Also, even if we assume 5:05 as your demand there was still no reasonable time given for us to react before the situation escalated to shooting this again points to improper RP flow unclear demands followed by immediate use of force.

Some illiterate people’s words do not change what is clearly visible in the POV The situation should be judged based on actual roleplay interactions not assumptions

Not off topic I would like to highlight another important point for your review In the provided POV an player (ID: 193745) is seen driving a Police Camaro If this vehicle is classified as an armored or restricted use state vehicle under server regulations its usage in this situation should also be reviewed for compliance with state rules violation of STATE RULE 1.4

Kindly verify whether the use of this vehicle in an active situation is permitted under the current state guidelines
