2.Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
I’ve been in the city for a long time and have taken part in different groups and activities, so I understand how gangs work and what it takes to run one properly. Because of that, I believe I can lead The Bloods in a stable and organized way.
My main goal is to keep the gang active and enjoyable for everyone. I want us to regularly take part in things like store robberies, gun shop hits, submarine missions, and other events that keep members involved. I’ll organize daily activities, give members reasons to stay active, and make sure everyone feels included.
I also want The Bloods to have a strong presence in the ghetto and stand out from other gangs while still following server rules. Building a reliable team is important to me, so I’ll make sure we complete weekly objectives and can run smoothly at all times. I’ll assign trusted deputies to help manage things, especially during late hours, and create a graffiti team to increase profits and control key areas.
Overall, I just want to keep the gang active, organized, and successful.
