I am opening a new thread because my previous format was incorrect, The violation of General Rule 3.3 (Foreign Languages) was not included in the previous thread. and the admin asked me to file the complaint properly.

In the recording, while I was collecting statues for the Phantom Car, player (181861) opened fire without any warning or communication, which violates General Rule 6.15. He also used abusive language, including the word “motherfucker” and repeatedly said “madharchod,” which has the same meaning in Hindi and involves insults towards parents, violating General Rule 3.2.

Additionally, he used Hindi language for communication on an English server, which violates General Rule 3.3 (Foreign Languages).

I request you to take appropriate action, as this kind of abusive behavior reflects a negative and toxic attitude towards other players.

Please provide a longer POV for the GR 6.15 violation, covering at least one minute before the situation began. Regarding the potential GR 3.1 or 3.2 violation, the term "motherfucker" is considered slang rather than a direct violation of these rules.
