Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 59335 will receive a punishment for PG (Cuffing while on person on Car).

Regarding RDM, You were in the Active Situation, So no need to give demands.
However, For SR 5.5 there was enough officers when they entered in the ghetto.
but there was misunderstanding in the Location of the ATM Robbery.
So No SR 5.5 Seen in the Given Evidence.​
